CourseExercise is a powerful tool to optimize one's health and well-being. Engaging in regular physical activity can aid in managing chronic health conditions, improve fitness, and support activities of daily living. This course will offer participants an opportunity to learn more about their fitness level and receive custom exercise prescription and personal training. Attendance at all sessions is required.
